RemX is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Plantation, FL.

Onsite: Plantation, FL

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Temp Project

Must be available Monday-Sunday

Training: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Schedules available are 7am-3pm. 9am-5pm, and 2:30pm-11pm. 40 hour work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide white glove level service to customers
• Serve as a single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship
• Research complex issues across multiple databases
• Respond to and own customer inquiries and issues

Experience:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Required: 1 year call center experience
• Preferred: Healthcare experience
