Large medical records management firm is seeking outreach agents to assist in collecting patients' medical records. Hiring in Durham, NC and surrounding cities only.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- reading the profile notes prior to every call

- dispositioning calls correctly

- toggling between multiple screens/apps with ease

- gain a commitment from the point of contact to provide identified medical records

Job Details:

Pay: $16/hr

Training: first 8 days. 9am - 5:30pm EST

First 90 days: 9am - 6pm EST (1 hr lunch)

Post-Training: New hire shift bid to fill open 8-hour shifts from 8am - 8:30pm

- High School Diploma / GED

- Contact Center / Telemarketing experience
