Our FORTUNE 500 health care company is looking for several different Medical Customer Service Representatives like YOU to advocate and help pharmacy patients as well as handle some sales!

***MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN DALLAS/FORT WORTH/IRVING TX***

Position: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $17-$18 Hourly
Benefits: Dental, Medical, Vision, Full-Time Hours
Shift: Must be available to accept any shift between 9am-7pm plus OT as needed. 
On-Site: Required (Must be willing to work on-site in Dallas/Fort Worth/Irving) 

 

Job Details:

  • Answer inbound calls responding to general questions and concerns.
  • Provide positive and friendly customer service.
  • Speak to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Possibly some pre-sales, post-sales, etc. 
  • Data Entry.
  • Scheduling, Coordinating, refill shipments, etc. 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • ***MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE IN DALLAS/FORT WORTH/IRVING***
  • Must live within commuting. 
  • 1 year of call center experience required.
  • Healthcare Call Center Experience is a HUGE plus. 
  • Healthcare sales Experience is a HUGE plus. 
  • Positive and friendly personality.
  • Onsite Call Center Environment.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment.
