Industry leader in construction supply looking for ONSITE customer service representative.

Details:

• $18 hourly
• Training and Post training schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Will be trained on inside sales
• Opportunity for hir

What you will do:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing and delivery to patrons
• Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction
• Resolves customer service issues

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• computer comfortable
• pleasant demeanor
• office experience
• Knowledge of construction materials, services, or hands on experience a plus
