RemX is looking for a Payroll Analyst to assist in coordinating day-to-day operations and payroll inputs for delivery of payroll services.
- Title: Payroll Analyst
- Employment Type: Contract 6+ months
- Location: Chesterbrook, PA | ONSITE
- Salary: $25 - $31 an hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: M - F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic audits and review of employee work/home state and local tax setup
- Register and Update state and local tax accounts
- Partner with vendors and Payroll tax team to administer company programs
- Load various payroll data into Workday for bi-weekly payroll processing
- Perform research, analyze, and resolve complex employee tax issues
- Interpret quarterly reports
- Coordinate and participate in quarterly and year-end closings
- Load and Reconcile payroll data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- 5+ years of payroll experience REQUIRED
- Intermediate Excel and Google Applications REQUIRED
- Experience with Workday and ADP Systems highly preferred
