MUST HAVE PRIOR BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE
This is an onsite position and will be Monday - Friday 8am-530p
PTO, 401k matching, Annual bonus and profit sharing plan!!
Job Duties:
- Customer Service
- Data entry
- Creating Excel spreadsheets
- A/R & A/P duties
- General customer service
- Answering inbound phone calls and emails
- Inputting email orders and walk-up orders
- Assisting in any additional office projects/needs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of related office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office - Excel experience
- Able to create and navigate Excel spreadsheets
- Great communication skills
- Accounts Receivable/Payable experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Team player
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in manufacturing environment a plus
