MUST HAVE PRIOR BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE

This is an onsite position and will be Monday - Friday 8am-530p

PTO, 401k matching, Annual bonus and profit sharing plan!!

Job Duties:

  • Customer Service
  • Data entry
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets
  • A/R & A/P duties
  • General customer service
  • Answering inbound phone calls and emails
  • Inputting email orders and walk-up orders
  • Assisting in any additional office projects/needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related office experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office - Excel experience
  • Able to create and navigate Excel spreadsheets
  • Great communication skills
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience in manufacturing environment a plus
