YOUR TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Receive equipment support requests via phone and email
- Troubleshoot issues with customers and walk them through options for fixing the equipment
- Send field service technicians out as needed
- Create service orders and record information
- Update client information with detailed notes about equipment needs and actions taken to fix equipment
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue was resolved
- Other duties as assigned by manager
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in electromechanical field or biomedical equipment is a plus
- Must have minimum 3 years of customer service or technical support experience with equipment supplier/manufacturer
- Must have experience with troubleshooting over the phone
- Must have high attention to detail and strong customer service skills
