YOUR DUTIES FOR THE TRAINING & TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST WILL INCLUDE:
- Will develop, maintain, and improve the scope of specific training, safety, recruitment of trades, production tracking and the development of field personnel
- Develop and track the Mentoring / Succession Planning Program
- Design the Technical Training Program and monitor progress of employees
- Implement coaching session templates
- Measure effectiveness of all programs through reporting and statistical data
- Follow-up on safety processes on the jobsites
- Schedule equipment and safety training classes
- Recruit and hire talent
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Work to streamline all aspects of work
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE TRAINING & TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST:
- 3+ years of construction industry experience- restoration experience a plus
- Bachelors’ degree is a plus
- 3+ years leadership in a training and development role is preferred
- Mus be able to travel overnight up to 2 night per month
- Knowledge of Procore construction management software is a plus
- Microsoft Office
- OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
