TYPE: Direct hire; 100% in office; Monday - Friday 1st shift

WHY THIS COMPANY: Our client, a supplier in the medical equipment industry, expanded into the US from Europe just over a decade ago.  They take a customer-center approach to their innovative patient care products.  

YOUR EQUIPMENT TECH SUPPORT REP DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Receive equipment support requests via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot issues with customers and walk them through options for fixing the equipment
  • Send field service technicians out as needed
  • Create service orders and record information
  • Update client information with detailed notes about equipment needs and actions taken to fix equipment
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue was resolved
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

 HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE EQUIPMENT TECH SUPPORT REP:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in electromechanical field or biomedical equipment is a plus
  • Must have minimum 3 years of customer service or technical support experience with equipment supplier/manufacturer
  • Must have experience with troubleshooting over the phone
  • Must have high attention to detail and strong customer service skills
