We are hiring a sales and customer service minded individual to support the front desk and online/phone orders for a building supply/insulation company, onsite, in Toledo, Ohio! 

Pay: $18
Shift: M-F | 6:30am-4:30pm

Customer Service/Inside Sales

• Interacts with customers to establish ongoing value-added relationships (over the phone, via email/fax or walk in)
• Attention to detail, order management and follow up skills are required
• Receives and processes sales calls, quote requests and product orders through delivery
• Takes ownership of customer relationships and upsells products
• Quote follow-up and track lost sales reports as well as expediting all customer inquiries and orders

Warehouse and industrial experience strongly preferred!
