Title: Accounting Analyst

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85012 (Hybrid schedule allowed after three months)

Brief Job Description:

• Focus on supporting clients while performing tasks
• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledgers, and maintain trial balances
• Prepare financial statements along with federal and state income tax returns
• Coordinate quarterly tax estimates and payments for assigned clients
• Utilize a CRM platform to maintain documentation and update client information
  

• High level of initiative, positivity, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Thrive in a fast-paced and high-demand work environment
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Must have general knowledge pertaining to SAP, GAAP, and IRS Tax Code/Regulations
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks
• High School Diploma or GED
