POSITION DETAILS

Location: Onsite in Overland Park, KS

Pay: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Full Time, Assigned a 40 hour schedule.

Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Assigned an 8 hour shift each day)

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced health insurance call center environment
• Update account notes and assist with call transfers

• Able to work full time onsite in Overland Park, KS
• Good communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
