Alarm Coordinator  (Overnight)

 Schedule: M – F 8A – 5P

1. Monday - Friday -11:30P – 8:00 AM
2. Friday-Monday 10:00P – 7:45 AM
3. Thursday-Monday 10:00P – 06:30 AM

• Training with shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from retail stores regarding emergency situations such as fire, theft, power outages, accident, or injuries
• Responsible for routing to proper authorities such as police, fire department, and electricians
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to effectively interact with management and local emergency response

• Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality

 Experience:

• Preferred: Police, Fire, Rescue or 911 Dispatch experience
• DICE Matrix software or experience in any other alarm monitoring software
• High volume coordinator experience
