Accounts Receivable, all commercial business accounts , no collections, billing and receivable problem solving.  

Interviewing for an ASAP start date     We work IN OFFICE in the Energy Corridor are , right off the Katy Freeway      Hours range from 8am- 6pm M-F   (you get an 8 hour shift) 

True temp to hire role.    $22/hr to 23/hr 

This is a business A/R role

• Work a shared email inbox.
• P.O. Processing
• New Vendor Onboarding via (Workflow)
• Dispute Resolution
• Consolidated Invoicing
• Commercial Collections- (300 Accounts)
• EDI Billings via (Ariba and Taulia) 

Required Skills

• Experience in A/R
• Know your debits & credits
• Account reconciliations
• Microsoft Office  EXCEL - creating look ups, pivot tables , advanced finds. 
• Professional on the phone and in email
• Strong with your time management 
• Able to work as part of a team (shared email inbox!)
