- M – F 1530 – 0000 (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years call center experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence.
- Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the Internet
- Must be proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
Description:
This coordinator will be responsible for the administering and removal of intrusion system alarm codes as well as updating contact lists across the CVS Health enterprise. Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate alarm contacts for registered premises
- Maintaining alarm processing database. (Call list updates, code assignments)
- Remotely accesses alarm systems to makes program changes to alarm codes as needed.
- Handles inbound calls for all the above items.
- Must have the proven ability to:
- work under stressful situations
- actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing
- follow instructions
