***HYBRID ROLE*** Will be in office Monday-Wednesday, and WFH Thursday-Friday. ***
Program Manager III utilize supply chain expertise to partner with business leaders and develop innovative solutions. Analyzes business processes, creates business flow diagrams and maps them to system & technology solutions. Leads business process design from concept to implementation. Partners with technology team leaders to leverage technology. Contributes to the development of internal talent for supply chain transformation.
Program Manager III Duties:
- Process Design, Development and Implementation for Supply Chain Transformation Projects.
- Process Architecture – analyze business areas and business processes and new requirements for Supply Chain workstreams and projects.
- Process Design and Development – analyze business process and systems landscape.
- Process Implementation – liaise with business and technology teams in implementing business process during project execution.
- Innovate and Solve Problems - Develop innovative solutions to supply chain problems that drive value and business benefit.
Program Manager III Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Three years of experience. Two years of Supply Chain experience
- Two to three years business and/or technology consulting skills of process re-engineering, and systems integration. Experience with Order to Cash processes, Inventory Management processes
- Develop and maintain trust-based partnership relationships. Contribute to and execute stakeholder alignment plans that proactively manage business change.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated capability for solving complex problems in a structured way.
- Strong skills in project planning, process design, and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint. Analytics and Measures. Possesses a strong general business acumen. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel
