RemX is hiring an Onsite Call Center Representative in the Cumberland, RI area.

Pay rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

Onsite: Cumberland, RI

Contract position

Job Responsibilities:

• This coordinator will be responsible for the administering and removal of intrusion system alarm codes as well as updating contact lists across the enterprise
• Maintains accurate alarm contacts for registered premises
• Maintaining alarm processing database (Call list updates, code assignments)
• Remotely accesses alarm systems to makes program changes to alarm codes as needed
• Handles inbound calls for all the above items
• Must have the proven ability to:
  • work under stressful situations
  • actively listen and communicate effectively through clear speech and hearing
  • follow instructions

Experience:

• Preferred: 1-2 years call center experience
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain information in the strictest confidence
• Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentiality
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
