RemX Staffing is currently assisting a client seeking a Dispatch Coordinator for a Global Energy Management company.  Dispatch and Strong call center customer service is required.  No short term experience within these roles. 

This is a contract to hire, remote position.

Hours-M-F 8am-5pm but must be willing to work in PST and MST time zone hours

Hourly Rate- $25/hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling/dispatching Field Service Operations at client sites
• Coordinates, monitors, and improves field service activities.
• Provides support and guidance to clients and field engineers.
• Communicate proactively with customers
• Schedule and assign work orders
• Track and document and change in orders such as rescheduling or cancelling
• Ensure accurate records of all field service work are maintained maintaining work order quality
• Must have great customer service skills
• Experience with SalesForce a plus
