***DIRECT HIRE***

Training: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30pm (6 weeks)
Schedule After Training: Multiple shifts too choose from
Start Date: 4/17
Pay: $18.50/Hr.
Work Model: ONSITE (Northern Phoenix)

Description:

• Deliver excellent customer support through various channels i.e. voice, email, and chat
• Facilitate travel bookings such as Air, Hotels, and Rentals.
• Service existing travel bookings e,g. requests to cancel or change bookings
• Assist customers with order placement for Gift Cards, Merchandise, and Apple products
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve caller issues

• Prior Call Center Experience (1-3 years) or customer facing retail experience required
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN NORTHERN PHOENIX (Must live within 30 miles)
• Strong computer skills
• Great phone etiquette
