Our client located in Torreys Pines is looking to fill a Materials Management position.This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits. Contract position. Offering $30-35/hr. DOE. 100% onsite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform materials management operations, including receiving, storage, shipment, inventory management, and order processing of all materials for Fate internal and external manufacturing
- Collaborate with laboratory and manufacturing personnel to ensure effective management of raw materials supply to support in-house and external manufacturing operations
- Distribute materials and stock inventory for in-house GMP manufacturing, laboratory suites, contract manufacturing organizations, and distribution depots
- Work with the electronic and paper-based inventory system to manage receipt, release, packaging, and shipment of GMP materials
- Complete daily inventory transactions
- Perform disposition of all expired materials and maintain applicable documentation
- Monitor temperature conditions of refrigerators, freezers, and room temperature storage of cGMP materials
- Perform equipment maintenance, as necessary
- Adhere to appropriate PPE when picking, packing, and shipping cold and frozen material and products
- Pick and assemble manufacturing kits per batch records and BOM
- Adheres to appropriate PPE and safety rules
- Assists on other tasks as necessary
