RemX is looking of a Call Center Customer Service Rep in the Flowery Branch area.

Pay: $22 - $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Must haves: 5-10 years of high volume experience in call center/manufacturing/production, strong PC knowledge including ERP/WMS systems, and of course stable work history!

• The successful candidate must have call center experience and will be handling issues like pricing, availability, status of orders, quoting freight, prioritizing the flow of orders and managing accounts.
• Being able to read drawings is a plus, but we can help train them on reading our drawings and schematics.
• Having the ability to manage calls, emails and accurate data entry skills are key skills.
• Being able to type (write) and speak in a professional manner, also key, as are having speed and accuracy in typing.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in customer service, or related transferable skills
• Customer centric and Internet savvy
• Strong MS Office skills
