Pay: $18/HR or 19.50/HR with a bachelor's degree
Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA
Work Schedule: (must be open to both shifts)
Mon-Fri 8MA-5PM
OR
Monday-Saturday
- 3 shifts per week 8:00am-5:00pm
- 2 shifts per week 11:00am-8:00pm
- 2 Saturday shifts required per month 8:00am-12:00pm (Mandatory Overtime)
Job Duties:
- High Volume inbound/outbound calls
- Process payments and payoffs
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
- Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
- Ideal for those looking for an entry-level position in the general field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of call center experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask is essential
- Bachelor's degree preferred
