Description

We are currently seeking dynamic Customer Service Representatives to join the team of a growing call center located in Richmond, VA.  If you are looking for a career, this is the opportunity for you.  

Summary 

Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates as well as additional clerical duties.

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
  • Answers telephones and assist with billing and payment inquiries.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
  • Provides callers with information such as company mailing addresses, direct dial numbers, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual candidates please apply
  • Possess strong technical skills and be comfortable working in a dual monitor environment
  • Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
  • Possess EXCELLENT communication skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • 2+ years of recent customer service experience with one employer
  • Must be able to provide at least 2 verifiable work references
