Client Support Specialist
ON-SITE POSITION (Sidney, OH 45365)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM
Managing, identifying and resolving escalated technical issues. As well as installing and configuring software, utilities, print drivers, etc to be utilized on workstations and computer networks. You will be troubleshooting all information technology issues. The essential duty in this position is providing basic technical support to clients.
1 - 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 - 3 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule.
Experience with Logmein or other remote control software.
Experience with Tandem AS/400 support Experience with AOVPN, FortiClient
Very strong user and support of Microsoft Office 365.
Very strong user and support of Microsoft Windows 10.
1 - 3 years technical experience a plus.
