RemX Specialty Staffing is looking for multiple Call Center Representatives for our client in Lexington, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with a national company with long term opportunities. 

Pay Rate: $16.50-$18/hr based on experience

Hours: 8am - 8pm 

Start Date: March - April

Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer questions via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot technical questions and help with warranty questions
• Record updates in CRM
• Work with multiple departments

Requirements:

• 2 years of call center experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility with schedule changes
• Reliable attendance
• Bilingual is a plus
