RemX Staffing is now hiring for a Full Charge Bookkeeper!  Contract to Hire - 100% In-Office

Awesome Bookkeeper Wanted! Our client is  looking for a Bookkeeper with 1-2 years of experience to help keep our office humming. You’ll work in a great environment with a positive, friendly team where contributions are recognized with opportunities for advancement. This Contract-to-Hire position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Process all AR invoices in manufacturing Software and QuickBooks
• Handle AP vendor analysis by monitoring reoccurring monthly bills (cred cards, utilities, insurance, etc.)
• Manage the billing system for regular invoicing and progressive invoicing
• Send all AR invoices to customers via mail, email, portals and websites (maintain passwords)
• Handle customer collections weekly
• Process all payments received via mailed check, ACH/ wires/ credit cards
• maintain weekly report for progressive billings report for finance meetings between CFO and partners
• Complete all costing for orders for CFO's review and summaries
• Process all AP invoices in QuickBooks
• Run credit checks on new customers
• Calculate monthly commissions for outside reps
• Review all freight bills for accuracy and potential chargeback reconciliation to customers
• Process weekly checks to vendors

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous experience working within bookkeeping or accounting
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
