Position: Medical Records Outreach Agent

Location: Remote Work From Home *Cary, North Carolina*

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay

Training: Remote for 8 days

Shift: Must be available to work an 8hr. shift M-F 

Job Duties:

• Making outbound calls attempting to collect charts from providers on behalf of the clients (BCBS, Humana, Cigna…). 
• Depending on the department they would either be calling the providers, receiving calls from the providers or scheduling techs to go to the providers.

• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Call center experience.
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
• Must have high speed internet in your home.
• Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Must be a NC resident close to Cary, NC
