RemX is now searching for a Human Resource Assistant to support our client who offers marketing and distributing food products, kitchen equipment and tabletop items. In this position you will support our client’s HR Manager and HRBP to successfully implement local initiatives and execute regional and corporate programs. You will also help to create an environment to attract, develop, retain, and engage talent.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execute transactional core HR processes including coordinating and conducting new associate orientation, assisting with unemployment claims processes, conducting onboarding and exit interviews, completing transitional return to work and leave administration, as well as OSHA reporting, etc.
Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policies and procedures.
Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans.
Support and maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
Support HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture, administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
WHAT YOU HAVE
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field rare preferred.
