Our client located in Anaheim is looking to fill a Recruiter position. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits. Contract to hire position. Offering $19-22/hr. DOE. 100% onsite. Hours: M-F 7:30-4:00pm.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
• Post and maintain open requisitions on all recruiting platforms
• Complete full cycle recruiting process which includes, the review of resumes, schedule and conduct
interviews, provide recommendations to management
• Update status and communication with candidates in our ATS
• Update and keep all managers informed of any type of status with their open requisition and their
candidate pools
• Research all recruiting platforms to ensure we are promoting our openings on all relevant platforms
• Develop sourcing strategies through various resources to generate active and passive candidates
• Work with department leaders to determine staffing needs and then execute to fill those needs
• Network and build relationships with local organizations to build a pipeline of candidates
• Build talent pipelines through deepening community and academic institution relationships, job fair
participation, and through social media tools
• Assist in drafting and extending Offer Letters
• Complete onboarding process through our payroll provider and internal system for new hires
• Participate and provide feedback for employee engagement opportunities through Safety Program,
Monthly Announcements, and other engagement ideas to increase morale amongst employees
throughout all facilities
• Manage and update all recruiting spreadsheets accurately and timely
• Support HR in any employee initiatives to help support our employee experience from the beginning
• Other duties as assigned
Recruiter Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a recruiting capacity and/or equivalent work experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to process, comprehend and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to handle all HR matters with confidentiality
• Ability to handle all Company matters with strict confidentiality, efficiency, and attention to detail
accuracy while meeting important tasks and/or conflicting project deadlines
• Ability to effectively communicate while exercising diplomacy, sound judgment and tact
• Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and work independently
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
