RemX Staffing is hiring Experienced Onsite Call Center Sales Agents in Cordova TN. This is a contract to hire position.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay rate is $16/hr. Cordova TN
Job Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls
- Close sales and achieve daily/weekly quotas
- Understand the needs of our customers and match those to our products
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales openings
- Build rapport with prospects through friendly, engaging communication
- Capture customer information for future follow-up
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
- Must pass a background/drug screening
- Must have outbound calling experience
- Must be able to meet productivity goals
