THIS IS AN ONSITE OPPORTUNITY (NOT REMOTE) 

Worksite Location: Alpharetta, GA

MUST LIVE IN THE ALPHARETTA, GA AREA

Wage: $15.50/hour; $16.00 per hour with call center or healthcare experience (Bilingual pay increase)

Description

Scheduler will be responsible for providing a world class patient and family centered experience across the continuum that contributes to the customer satisfaction/retention, exceptional quality/value, and financial health in a high performance contact center environment. This position requires high quality customer service assistance when responding to inquiries pertaining to a variety of clinics under the SEMG umbrella. Schedulers will be responsible for scheduling and registering appointments for SEMG utilizing all available informational tools. Calls may consist of requests for appointment scheduling and/or registration of SEMG.

 

  • Job Duties:  

  • Maintains positive patient relations and represents the practice in a professional, friendly and patient-focused manner 

  • Answer calls in a timely manner

  • Schedules new and return patients not recently sent into the office for appointment

  • Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures 

  • Provides necessary documentation to patients for upcoming appointment.

  • Maintains medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives) 

    Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills

    • Experience working in healthcare setting preferred
    • Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • The ability to type accurately.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant attitude when faced with difficult patient encounters.

     

  • Must be willing to work ONSITE
