Position: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $16 Hourly
Benefits: Dental, Medical, Vision, Full-Time Hours
Shift: Must be available to accept any shift between 8am-8pm
On-Site: Required (Must be willing to work on-site in Scottsdale) 

Job Details:

• Answer inbound calls responding to general questions and concerns.
• Provide positive and friendly customer service.
• Speak to patients and healthcare providers.
• No Collections or Sales involved!
• Data Entry.

Job Requirements:

• ***MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE IN SCOTTSDALE***
• Must live within commuting distance of Scottsdale, AZ
• 1 year of call center experience required.
• Positive and friendly personality.
• Onsite Call Center Environment.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment.
