Our FORTUNE 500 client is looking for a Collections Analyst like YOU to work REMOTELY!
Position: Collections Analyst
Pay: $20-$34 Hourly (DOE)
Benefits: Dental, Medical, Vision, Full-Time Hours
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 8am-5pm
Location: This a fully REMOTE role!
Job Details:
- Responsibilities include the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.
- Interfaces with sales support, customer service, and accounts receivable in reconciling accounts.
- Performs pre-sale credit risk evaluation, including financial statement analysis and analysis of data obtained from bank and trade references.
- Prepares recommendations and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts.
- Analyzes and reports on credit memo and write off activity.
- Prepares monthly collections reports.
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
- Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years credit experience, depending on area of assignment may be required to have relevant healthcare/insurance experience
- Analytical skills in reviewing trend data and exception recognition
- Knowledge of SAP
