  • Manage sales reporting cycle, acting as a liaison between management, sales, and accounting
  • Calculate and process commission payments timely and accurately
  • Process expense reimbursements in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Cross train with other accounting positions to ensure adequate coverage
  • Perform other special projects and other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • 2+ years of experience working within accounting
  • Proficient in working within MS Office and Windows- specifically MS Excel and Access
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality a must, ability to deal with sensitive information
