Description

An AMAZING opportunity for an Accounting & Revenue Processing Associate position for a great company located in Anaheim.  Stable, excellent pay and benefits!  Contract to hire offering $22-25/hr. 100% onsite. This position will start ASAP!

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and verify all internal and external accounting information to minimize service problems.
  • Processes all incoming revenue, examines and processes any revenue adjustments, resolves any conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compiles and sorts of documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions, correctly enters information into the appropriate software; may use and be supported by worksheets in Excel or Access.
  • Rates and processes driver and helper time and pay information; prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements as required at the individual location, contributes information as required for reporting purposes.

Job Requirements

Job Duties:

  • Associates degree in accounting
  • 1-year related experience as an Accountant.
  • Must be proficient in the use of standard software packages, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Some background in Solomon accounting software is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
