HYBRID ACCOUNTANT - In office 1-2 days per week - Must be local to the Nashville, TN area
TYPE: up to 6 weeks- position could lead into permanent
PAY: Up to $35 per hour
HYBRID ACCOUNTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Financial reporting
- Will manage fixed asset roll forward
- Manage all domestic and international fixed assets company wide – not all profit centers have movement
- General ledger maintenance and balance sheets
- Journal entries
- Month end reporting
- Expenses
- Account Reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets
- Oversee preparation of monthly financial reporting
- Manage quarterly financials
- Establish the annual budget and manage all cost centers to meet planned levels
- Posting of payments
- Bank reconciliations
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE HYBRID ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- Knowledge of reconciliations, will be reviewing reconciliations (it is set up standardized already)
- Knowledge of SAP would be great – will train
- Understand GAAP
- Proficient in Excel
- Adaptive learner
- 5+ years in an accounting
