COVID vaccination and booster required


Pay: $45 - $52.50 depending on experience

Schedule: Per Diem, 2 - 3 days a week, 8hr shifts

Duration: 3 + months with possible extension

Job Summary:

RNs support nurse practitioners, physicians, and staff of ambulatory clinics to assist in the management of physician’s  care gap closure, and population health initiatives. You will provide virtual patient care and patient education. They will promote optimal wellness, participate in the management of acute illness, assist the patient in managing the effects of chronic disease and disability, and provide support in end of life care

• 2+ Years RN experience
• EPIC or Healthconnect is a plus!
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
