  • Responsible for inquiries and forwards to counselors for resolution
  • Tracks resolutions and respond to appropriate groups (internally and externally)
  • Maintains and updates the Benefit Counselor Training Playbook
  • Audits internal system (SmartBen) for status change reporting to ensure accuracy and proactively resolve issues
  • Participates in weekly check-ins with the Benefit Counselor Manager to update areas of focus
