  • Ensure that reports are detailed and all questions are asked in order to provide an accurate report, including proper grammar and spelling.
  • Meet call center standards by following client instructions and accurately completing required forms.
  • Hold all reports and/or conversations as confidential.
  • Practical problem solving and multi-tasking is required under general supervision.
  • Demonstrate strong team attributes: communication, assisting others, responding positively to coaching, etc.
  • Ability to work in an atmosphere that is quick to change from very slow/quiet to highly charged, with occasional high-stress situations that need quick decisions.
