The Call Center Agent is a professional individual with a persuasive personality.

Candidates must be comfortable talking on the phone and confident in directing customer interactions.

They will have a strong ability to take initiative, and be excited about making many sales calls per day.

This person will generate interest in our products, and close the sale.

Also key is the ability to separate themselves from frustrating situations and to guide customers to solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls 
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Close sales and achieve daily/weekly quotas
  • Understand the needs of our customers and match those to our products
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales openings
  • Build rapport with prospects through friendly, engaging communication
  • Capture customer information for future follow-up
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries

Role Summary:

  • Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill orders 
  • Build and retain an active pipeline of candidates for all roles; maintain and update candidate database 
  • Re-utilize active candidates and understand open positions to positively impact order fulfillment  
  • Leverage data to set realistic expectations, based on current volume, to successfully fill positions in a timely manner 
  • Participate in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals 
  • Leverage market knowledge and client needs to successfully fill orders with qualified candidates  
  • Lead candidates through the interview cycle based on their experiences, skills, expectations, and availability  
  • Use CRM to process candidates through the full vetting cycle and to document all job activity 
  • Conduct drug screens, I-9s, and background checks
