Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients and physicians

· Provide high levels of customer service

· Accurately enter data in patient/physician software system

· Handle all patient data according to HIPAA regulations

· Complete program requirements mandated prior to patient shipment

· Update patient drug/allergy profiles

· Fax requests to physician for prescription refills/renewals

· Review discrepancies in data received and request clarification if indicated for that product/program

· File all incoming requests according to NJ board of pharmacy and HIPAA Guidelines and verify accuracy

· Conduct outbound calling/communications for scheduling drug deliveries with patients within the requirements  of the necessary program

· Receive physician/patient phone calls in a professional manner and provide clear, accurate information

· Identify and report adverse events; follow related SOP’s for adverse event activity

· Perform quality work while working within deadlines

· Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments

· Must be available to work multiple days, shifts, and times as needed

· Assist in other tasks as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Use your cost accounting knowledge to support and create cost accounting models, research financial variances and analyze financial data. Responsibilities:

  • Reviews approved mortgage loans to determine conditions that must be met prior to closing.
  • Assembles documents for delivery to title company, real estate broker, or lending officer for closing.
  • Calls borrower, real estate broker, and/or title company to request specified and required documents
  • Prepares closing documents in compliance with RESPA and Credit Union Requirements
  • Verifies rate, amount and terms of the loan accurately. Approve preliminary HUD-1 statements
  • Verifies accuracy and consistency of specifications on title abstracts, insurance forms, and other required documents post- closing.

Staff Accountant Job Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions via journal entries, including month-end close process.
  • Perform moderately complex analyses (commissions, rebates, accruals, etc.) and prepare monthly account reconciliations in support of the financial statements
  • Work on compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements for assigned clients
  • Responsible for accurate and timely income tax reporting for assigned clients
  • Perform variance analysis and P/L reporting
  • Assist with the preparation and administration of the annual budget, as well as periodic operating forecasts
  • Assist in the annual financial audit and preparation of tax return workpapers
  • Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required by Senior Management

Responsibilities

  • Receives, reviews, and processes all new settlement service orders. Follows up on required documents up to the point of closing (e.g., association documents, Good Faith Estimates, etc.)
  • Orders information to provide clearance to items such as judgments, child support payments, mortgage lien releases/satisfaction, or open mortgages.
  • Prepares CD/HUD and facilitates approval with lender.
  • Coordinates and schedules closings; communicates to all parties involved.
  • Facilitates all customer requests including review of documents, and searches. Works closely with the examination team to explain delicate title matters.
  • Responsible for gathering information and documents from all parties prior to the closing. Works closely with the mortgage company or lender to prepare estimated HUD information.
  • Manages the order pipeline proactively and effectively schedules all closings to the customers' satisfaction.
  • Responds quickly to all requests and provides periodic updates to the customer until their request is met. Documents interactions in the client management system.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with the Regional Account Executive team, as well as real estate agents.
