This is a hybrid opportunity that requires working onsite 2 days/week.

Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm with eligibility for overtime

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Senior ERP Analyst and collaborate with IT team
  • Assist with implementations and system upgrades as required
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 ERP system support
  • Create functional and technical specifications documents
  • Lead UAT and data validation with key users
  • Create and maintain system documentation and deliver training to end users
  • Manage ERP security including user security audit
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities
