· The position is remote, but associates will be expected to return to working in the office sometime in 2022. The office is located in Alpharetta.

· You will be responsible for helping customers use and receive points for travel.

o You will serve as a consultant who will guide customers through the complex process of booking travel.

o Your duties include working with luxury supplier brands to curate travel itineraries based on the customer’s needs.

o You will also coordinate all components of the travel itinerary, including: Air, Car, Cruise Hotel, Rail, Ground-Transportation, Sightseeing and Tours

o And process final documents which may include itineraries, visas, inoculations, air and transportation tickets, and final payments.

 

 

Shift Info

· We are offering various shifts ranging from either 8 or 10 hours daily (1st and 2nd shifts)

o Most schedules will require you to work one weekend day

• Assists Branch Manager with development of operating budgets, particularly with personnel requirements, to ensure that staff levels are within corporate metrics.

• Makes client visits to resolve issues and review payroll service as needed to insure the branch maintains the highest levels of client retention. Assists Branch Manager to meet revenue and retention goals.

• Plans, coordinates, and organizes quarter- and year-end processes to provide accurate and timely tax documents to clients.
