Michelle Crotty is the Vice President, Contact Center Solutions division of RemX. Michelle started her career in sales for Crossmark, a food brokerage company. Michelle started in the staffing industry in 2003 with her first position as a business development manager for Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the next decade, Michelle was promoted to Market Director and then to Area Manager due to her strong leadership in growing Phoenix into the largest market for RemX. In 2016 she was promoted to Vice President of Contact Center Solutions, and manages the Contact Center Solutions division of RemX nationally which specializes in placing candidates in contact center positions.
Michelle graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and currently lives with her family in Phoenix, Arizona.
