Newly created role is a fast growing company.    Reporting to the VP of Finance to manage ALL CLAIMS PROCESSING, PAYMENTS, VENDOR PAYMENTS, BANK RECS, AND BILLING.   

  • Not as easy as it sounds at all!  This is a highly visible role in the company as well as vital to their success.  
  • In charge of the managing the client's (multiple client's) cash flow in/out with transactions of 10MM to 20MM per day.   
  • Manage a staff of 3 in the El Paso office as well as a small international team.  Build your team for growth. 
  • Study the work flow and processes, evaluate risks, duplications, and build and document process efficiencies. 
  • Build scalable processes, convert manual processes to automated ones using the system.   (it's a great system, just not being used to it's full potential) 
  • Understand the flow of money and fix problems as the occur, plus implement correction actions. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Must love to be busy and take pride in mentoring and growing a team.  
  • Thrive on Never a dull moment type of job where your efforts will make a visible impact on the company 
  • 8-10 yrs minimum Accounting experience
  • Experience with heavy AP , bank rec volume   Accounts 100MM +

Responsible for

  • setting up appointments and completing outbound calls to targeted offices.
  • Assist in completing backlog casework. Additional day-to-day in-office work. Interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives to obtain and provide patient and provider specific information.
  • Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives in accordance with expectations.
  • Research and compile provider / manufacturer representative specific information for reimbursement database.
  • Utilize internal resources to proactively address areas of opportunity related to the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize performance tracking tools & survey

Minimum Requirements

  • BA degree in Business or Healthcare or a minimum of 6 years healthcare related reimbursement experience
  • BILINGUAL ENG/SPAN
  • Medical reimbursement experience with Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Working with specialty pharmacy hubs
  • Experience in the healthcare industry including, but not limited to insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication, physician’s office or clinics.
  • Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
  • Deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and relay status reports on a regular basis.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities within a changing environment.
  • Strong Computer literacy
    • Must include PowerPoint
    • Must include Web Meeting experience

  • This is a high volume, customer service environment.
  • Inbound call center, onsite in Overland Park.
  • Provide concierge and white-glove level service, removing burdens and providing end-to-end resolution for customers
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first
    call resolution and attendance
  • Start Date: Every Monday
  • Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
  • Training 9am-5:30pm for 3-5 days then assigned a production schedule
  • Post Training Hours of Operation: 8am-10pm/7 days a week
  • Must be available to work 1 weekend day.
  • Dress Code: Casual, nice jeans are fine (no leggings)

Michelle Crotty is the Vice President, Contact Center Solutions division of RemX. Michelle started her career in sales for Crossmark, a food brokerage company. Michelle started in the staffing industry in 2003 with her first position as a business development manager for Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the next decade, Michelle was promoted to Market Director and then to Area Manager due to her strong leadership in growing Phoenix into the largest market for RemX. In 2016 she was promoted to Vice President of Contact Center Solutions, and manages the Contact Center Solutions division of RemX nationally which specializes in placing candidates in contact center positions.
Michelle graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and currently lives with her family in Phoenix, Arizona.
