Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business policies, processes and procedures
  • Define audit objectives
  • Audits: Operational, Compliance, IT and Performance
  • Establish risk-based audit programs
  • Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
  • Determine compliance with policies and procedures
  • State final opinions and conclusions
  • Report and distribute findings to the board and management
  • End Goal: To increase efficiency and productivity, decrease waste, financial savings and legal compliance annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects.

 

As a thorough Internal Auditor you will optimize strategies for the fiscal operations maximizing Controls, Risk Management processes. You will report to the board your findings and help propose and instill procedures necessary to help this not-for-profit grow into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax preparation - Corporate, Partnership and Individual
  • Domestic and International Tax Planning and Tax Services
  • Financial Statement preparation
  • Approving monthly financial statements
  • Prepare U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for business entities, including consolidated and nonconsolidated C-corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Fiduciary, and Non-Profit Organizations.
  • Prepare U.S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returns.
  • Conduct complex tax research

Job Requirements:

  • CPA designation
  • 5+ years of public accounting tax accounting experience (required)
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting (required)
  • Master’s in Accounting or Taxation (preferred)
