Pay: $17-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Assignment: Temporary Leave Coverage
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to support a busy healthcare office during a leave of absence.
Responsibilities:
- Patient check-in/check-out
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Verify insurance and process referrals
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Patient/customer service experience required
- Knowledge of health insurance verification and referrals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
