Responsibilities

• Process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries with accuracy
• Communicate primarily via email, with occasional phone support
• Follow established procedures and workflows

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of customer service or inside sales experience

We are seeking an RN Manager who will coach in a collaborative environment that supports ongoing success. The successful candidate will empower staff to be the best they can be. Area of focus will be MESSAGE MANAGEMENT that includes communication and coordination, patient messages, and assisting with care plans. Responsibilities include documenting patient interactions, relaying information between patients and providers, and using EPIC to manage communications and follow-up care.

·      Ensure staff provide routine information; liaison between patients and the care team.

·      Responsible for Message and Data Management, ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, advice, outcomes.

·      Ensure staff support care plans, coordinate follow-up appointments, refer patients to appropriate services.

·      Triage and assessment, utilizing triage protocols to assess patient needs and direct them to the appropriate level of care.

·      Disseminate information, convey pertinent medical information to other departments to ensure continuity of care.

Required:

·      Active CA RN license

·      Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
