Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Benefits/Payroll Specialist to join our team in Commerce, GA. This role will be responsible for administering payroll and benefits processes with accuracy, compliance, and excellent employee support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of payroll and benefits regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Calculate and track regular, overtime, bonus, and special payments.

• Review and process payroll adjustments, including retroactive pay and time-off requests.

• Manage various leaves of absence and maintain accurate documentation.

• Reconcile payroll and benefits data, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and insurance providers, third-party vendors, and agencies.

• Conduct benefits reconciliations and support open enrollment activities.

• Process and review tax withholdings and other deductions.

• Maintain payroll records and prepare required reports.

• Stay current on laws and regulations governing payroll and benefits administration.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear guidance and resolution.

• Perform other related payroll and benefits duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant payroll/benefits experience.

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs (401(k), FMLA, COBRA, etc.).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).

• Solid understanding of payroll calculations (overtime, shift differentials, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve routine payroll/benefits issues.

• Effective communication skills to explain payroll and benefits matters to employees.

• (Preferred) Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

About the Role

We are seeking Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) to join our nationwide team. As an FRM, you will play a critical role in helping patients gain access to life-changing specialty medications by working directly with provider offices across your assigned territory. This is a field-based position with heavy travel—typically visiting practices 4days per week.
