Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel

Greet visitors and provide basic customer service

Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems

Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence

Assist with inventory of office supplies and reordering as needed
Qualifications:

Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
