Job Opening: Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent

Job Title: Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent (Remote)
Location: Remote 
Pay: Base pay + Monthly bonus potential

We’re hiring licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents to handle inbound service and sales calls from existing customers. 

• Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily (billing, policy updates, claims, sales, etc.)

• Meet service and sales metrics to qualify for monthly bonuses

• Participate in required virtual training (M–F, 8:30AM–5PM EST)

Requirements:

• Active Life & Health license in your resident state (NPN required)

• Ability to become licensed in all 50 states (assistance provided)

• Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience

• Hardwired high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi or cellular connections)

• Must cover any licensing late fees or recertifications personally

Work Schedule:

• Contact center open Mon–Fri, 7:45AM–7PM EST MUST WORK @ CLOSING SHIFTS
