Data Entry Clerks needed for various roles at the courthouse!

Location: Fully onsite in Broward County
Hours: Day Shift Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (no overtime available)
Pay: $13.00 hourly – weekly pay offered. (Can apply to internal positions after working 520 hours)
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provides service to walk-in and phone customers
- Faxes requested items, sorts, and distributed mail requests
- Process and applies fees
- Performs filing and copying as needed
- Scan documents and updates cases
- Processes and files a variety of paperwork in an accurate and timely manner; enters data into appropriate computer software system as needed
- Answers phones, routes callers, and provides information as required; refers calls to appropriate division/staff member as needed
- Organizes documentation and files documents in designated order; retrieves/replaces files
- At least a GED/High School diploma (must be able to provide proof of education)
- Customer Service Experience (Retail, Call center, Front Office or relevant csr work)
- No visible Tattoos or piercing (must be willing to cover them up)
- MUST be able to lift at least 25lbs.
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (NO EXCEPTIONS)
