Now Hiring: Customer Service Representatives with B2B experience to work with a reputable client of ours in Knoxville, TN! This is a temporary position with potential for hire.
Location: Knoxville, TN — On-site Training Required
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Class Start Date: July 14
Training & Schedule:
- Initial Training: On-site for 3–4 weeks in a classroom-style setting
- Post-Training: Remote with occasional in-office days for team events
- Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Training hours TBD, likely 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Candidates within commuting distance for training—or open to temporary relocation (at your own cost)—are welcome
Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 50 calls per day, plus emails and follow-ups
- Troubleshoot payment inquiries by researching payment status, amounts, and recipient details
- Navigate multiple systems to extract and synthesize account information
- Identify key questions to address unique carrier-specific requirements
- Deliver high-quality support that meets internal metrics (AHT, surveys, quality audits)
- Document and close customer cases with accuracy and professionalism
- Previous experience in a call center, technical, or financial services role
- B2B support background strongly preferred
- Comfortable balancing phone and written communication channels
- Demonstrated ability to research and problem-solve autonomously
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
